The Group 100® Portfolio System is designed to provide complete portfolio management tools for users of corporate real estate. This system provides a set of tools for auditing owned or leased facilities from the perspective of shareholder value and the strategic business goals of the company. The aim of such audits is to achieve a real estate portfolio which best fits the corporate objectives, including exit strategy.

- Project Management: The Group 100® Project Resource Center facilitates the management of all types of projects related to real estate. Using this tool, the Corporate User can readily track active projects, such as design and construction activities and current negotiations, as well as passive projects such as the status of owned or leased properties. The Project Resource Center will function as the repository of the Corporate User's real estate audits, value analyses and portfolio management.
- Market Conditions: Jim McDonald has fulfilled the role of market reporter for SIOR, providing the data for the San Fernando Valley and Valencia areas for SIOR's annual "Comparative Statistics" book published for all U. S. major markets. Click on Membership to obtain the data in the annual report as well as other current market information.
- Consumer Price Index Data: Jim McDonald has tracked all versions of the Consumer Price Index (Currently there are 8 versions applicable to each area of the U. S.), beginning with January, 1946. This overview provides year-to-year percentage comparisons and a long-term perspective.
- Financial Markets Data: Quick access to T-bill, Moody's, 11th District, Prime Rate & LIBOR data, including an overview beginning with 1/1/95.
- Mortgage Loan Analysis: Using the templates provided, loan balances and interest paid or to be paid can be calculated. Various loan terms and conditions can be compared.
- Real Estate Audits: Jim McDonald offers this introductory service to a company wishing to assess its real estate assets. For example: Is there hidden "equity" in a below-market lease? What is the potential economic opportunity for a sale/leaseback?
- Portfolio Management: Using the templates of the Group 100® Portfolio System, a company can track all relevant data concerning its real estate assets, whether a single property or many.
