 I am an Industrial Realtor® doing business as "Group 100/Jim McDonald". I have specialized in industrial real estate brokerage since 1963 and have represented corporate users, investors and developers of industrial and office properties. I hold the SIOR designation (Specialist in Industrial and Office Real Estate) and Board Certification in Corporate Real Estate (BCCR). Through my affiliation with SIOR, I have access to all major real estate markets, nationally and internationally.

- Co-Author and committee chair for the first A.I.R. Standard Offer and Agreement for Purchase of Real Estate.
- Co-Author of the A.I.R. Owner-Agency and Sublessor-Agency Agreements.
- Principal author of the A.I.R. Rules of Professional Conduct.
- Principal author of the A.I.R. Industrial Building StandardsM.
- Active Industrial Member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and year 2000 President of the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of SIOR.
- Founding member and President of REForum, an informal real estate think tank.
- Recipient of the certification of the Board on Certification for Corporate Real Estate (BCCR).
